Request to support the Mage class in Cataclysm.

🌠 Arcane

[x] Arcane Missiles (new)
[x] Arcane Potency (new)
[x] Clearcasting (unchanged)
[x] ~~Missile Barrage~~ (removed)

🔥 Fire

[x] ~~Firestarter~~ (removed)
[x] Heating Up (updated)
- Pyroblast critical strikes may now trigger Heating Up
[x] Hot Streak (updated)
- Must glow button of Pyroblast! (with an exclamation mark)
[x] ~~Heating Up + Hot Streak~~ (removed)
[x] Impact (unchanged)
- Impact talent has been reworked, but it doesn't change its visuals

❄️ Frost

[x] Brain Freeze
[x] Deep Freeze
[x] Fingers of Frost
- The buff has a new spell ID
[x] Frozen debuff

Implemented in #217.

A minor issue has been observed and was report to #219. Because the issue is not directly related to the Mage class, the current issue may be closed.
