Request to support the Art of War rune for Season of Discovery. Triggers the Art of War buff.

Art of War is already supported in Wrath. The same visuals should be re-used.

Despite what was seen on Wowhead, the Art of War buff does not exist in Season of Discovery.

236 adds Holy Shock as combat-only counters, which is the best we can do to support the Art of War rune, besides having Exorcism, which the addon already supports since #211.
