Lock and Load (SoD) #226

Request to track the Lock and Load rune for Season of Discovery. Requires to track the Lock and Load buff.

The effect is supported in Wrath. The same visuals should be re-used for spell alerts. However, in Season of Discovery, all shots are affected. Adding glowing buttons for all of them could be problematic. May need to probe the community beforehand.

Implemented in #237 but without Glowing Buttons, because there are way too many buttons to suggest.

Wrath only had 2 spells to glow, it was reasonable to make options for both. SoD has about 10, this would be a mess.

Maybe this can change in the future if we rework the glowing button option UI, but there's no plan for this in the near future.
