Rune Strike (Cata) #229

In Wrath, Rune Strike can be cast in any Presence. Starting from Cataclysm, Rune Strike can be cast only in Blood Presence.

If we can confirm that Rune Strike in Cataclysm can proc in any Presence, the Rune Strike Glowing Button may need a 'stance option' similar to Warrior's #118.

Due to the increased complexity to handle cases, and because the game client already does a good job at making the button glow, the addon no longer supports Rune Strike in Cataclysm, since #275.
