When the class has no spell alerts, or no glowing buttons, or both, the options panel does not display anything. It looks like something is missing.
If all options have been initialized correctly (i.e. no Lua error) and there are still no options, a label like "Nothing" should be displayed to tell the player that the list is empty on purpose:
if there are no spell alerts, there should be a label close to the "Spell Alerts" label (top-right)
if there are no glowing buttons, there should be a label close to the "Glowing Buttons" checkbox (bottom-left)
