Cataclysm Mage follow-up #289

Main focus on Mage for Cataclysm. This class was the first to support Cataclysm, and did not get much love since then.

Fixes #257. Fixes #250. Fixes #240. Fixes #288 (or at least, greatly improves it). Fixes #285 (or at least, greatly improves it).
