I've added Learning Go book. It is a nice book while learning Go at the first time.

Thanks for this PR @gozeloglu. We actually already have this on the list (technically). If you look under Online Books and follow the link to GoBooks, you'll see it on the list.

Do you think we should move the online books section up a bit in the ordering?

Hi @enocom . I did not realize the book under Online Books section. Sorry for that. So, maybe online books section might be up a bit or maybe it could be more striking.
