Goal: Rosetta can "convert" a directory of *.md into a "model" of MDs and their links.

similar to some of https://docs.enola.dev/concepts/other/#personal,

Issue Definition of Done: https://docs.enola.dev/model/markdown contains a graph of Enola's own doc interlinks #dogfood.

Requires #502.

I expect that (the way I am planning to do this), this will likely lead to a "Markdown to RDF" converter - which is fun! 🤣
