Tab with dependencies should be refreshed when content was changed

Case 1

1. Open new site wizard , select an application, select a page controller and insert an image, save all
2. Go to the grid, select the site, open dependencies widget,
3. Click on Show Outbound Dependencies, dependencies is opened in the new tab(OK)
4. Go to the grid and delete the site

BUG: Endless spinner appears in the tab with Outbound Dependencies, when the site has been deleted

Expected: Outbound Dependencies should be cleared

Case 2:

• Create new shortcut. select an image in the target, save all
• Click on the shortcut and open Outbound dependencies
• Delete the image Bug: Outbound Dependencies should be cleared.

Actual:

Case 3:

• Create a content with image-selector (2:4, for example)
• Select an image in the wizard, open Outbound Dependencies in new tab
• Go to wizard and select one more image
• Go to the Outbound Dependencies tab
