BrowsePanel - content status and toolbar are not updated after content is published #513

  1. Select a folder , click on Publish button, publish the folder.
  2. Open the folder and modify it, save and close the wizard
  3. select the folder and publish again.

Bug: folder has been published , but status is not refreshed in the grid and details panel:
