Browse Panel - Publish button is not refreshed after a publishing of Modified content

Case 1:

1. Select a Modified folder in root (CLICK on checkbox!)
2. Click on Publish button and publish the folder

Bug the folder is published, but Publish button is not refreshed (still enabled)

Click on the button , publishing wizard appears:

Case 2

• Select an Online content (Click on the checkbox )and press Delete button on the toolbar , confirm it . Content is Deleted now

Bug : Publish button should be enabled and buttons on the toolbar should update its statuses

Open the context-menu for the content. Bug - context menu is not correct for the deleted content:
