Settings Panel is not refreshed after creating the first project in empty grid #7646

Case 1

  1. Delete all existing projects, modal dialog is loaded

  1. Click on Start button and create a project.

BUG - Grid is not refreshed after creating the first project

Case 2:

  1. Delete Superhero project (the single project in the grid)
  2. Modal dialog is loaded - OK
  3. Switch to Applications tab then stop/start SuperHero app
  4. SWitch to CS tab

BUG - Modal dialog is loaded but new project appeared in the grid
