Replace "--dev" flag with "--prod" for all the commands we support it for
For "--prod" flag use "Run Enonic XP distribution in non-development mode" as description
sandbox start command should start in dev mode unless "--prod" flag is provided. Same for other commands which now can potentially start a sandbox (project create etc.)
