Section content type may be overwritten by cms content type #17

If the cms contained a content type named "section" or "page" it will cause problems in the exported app.

Renamed content types "section" and "page" to "cms2xp_section" and "cms2xp_page", to avoid conflicts with type names exported from CMS. The displayName is kept as it was ("Section", "Page")
