Goal: We need to have a complete documentation of Enonic XP 7.0 with the new format (AsciiDoc+menu file) by the TRR of Enonic XP 7.1
To be done in an epic branch "epic-docmigration"
The quickest and safest way to achieve this is to migrate relevant documentation from the old documentation and merge new information from the current doc-xp.
- Step 1: Migrate and adapt to 7.0 from old documentation
- Skip "Getting Started", "Tutorials", "Content Studio", "Applications", "Users", "Appendix"
  - For "Applications" and "Users", we will make link to the appropriate documentations.
- Step 2: Integrate changes from new documentation

Remark from Thomas: "Embedded apps should be documented in the main XP doc under the admin section" True. It is after all the distribution documentation and that is why I proposed to have links to the "Home", "Applications" and "Users" inside the doc. But it could be easier to maintain to have them split in different repos (And in theory they are just apps, they just happen to be packed with the distro).

Concerning this issue: After 2 days working on the migration -> It is doable to have an upgraded documentation by 7.1 TRR by migrating+adapting (keeping same structure) Will stop to work on it now until a decision is taken:

Choice 1: We continue with the current situation: CTO is in charge of "Enonic XP" documentation.

Choice 2: We go back to the situation of Enonic 5 and 6: Development is in charge of the documentation of its products.

After sprint review: CTO continues to be in charge of documentation. Closing this epic and deleting branch
