Component types don't support the HtmlArea input type #135

Part, Page and Layout types have to support HtmlArea input type.

Current implementation throws the following message error:

No type found for input type: {"formItemType":"Input","name":"form_field_name_1","label":"form_field_name_1","customText":"text","maximize":true,"inputType":"HtmlArea","occurrences":{"maximum":0,"minimum":0},"config":{}}
