Add options mechanism to the createContentApi method Add a first option "applicationFilter"

Default to [app.name]
Filter the content types generated

The option about the security has not been really specified.

What is the purpose? Return all possible content (anything in cms-repo and under /content)? Should we then generate all content types since it can be an undefined content type. Is it just for references or does it apply to queries also?

Should the filtering by application also filter the content (filter content of a type defined by a filtered application)? Not implemented for now
