User Store Wizard - Impossible to close the wizard when Auth0 ID Provider is selected #582

  1. Install the 'Auth0 ID Provider' application

Case 1:

  1. Start to add new User Store
  2. Type a name and select the provider
  3. Click on Save button and try to close the wizard BUG: Save Before Close dialog appears, when try to close the wizard

Case 2: -Start to add new User Store(open the wizard) -do not type a name, but select the provider the Save button is getting disabled when 'Auth0 ID Provider' and the name is not typed yet
