Delete button on the wizard-toolbar should be enabled when role or group has been saved #595

Bug is actual for Role, Group and User Store wizards

  1. Start to create a group, open wizard.
  2. Type a name and press the Save

Bug: when the group is saved, the Delete button should be enabled
