Edit Issue Dialog - button Save on the IssueComment is not getting enabled, when one char has been typed in the text area #619

  1. Open an existing issue in Issue Details Dialog
  2. Add a comment, '12345' for example
  3. Click on the edit-comment menu-item
  4. Add one more number in the end of the comment

BUG: text-comment is updated but the Save button still is disabled
