After the first group is created in the Users app, the "Group" type won't appear in the filter panel #650

  1. Open Users (system Group folder should be empty)
  2. Open group-wizard and add new system group, close the wizard.

BUG: group is added, but Group-aggregation is not displayed on the filter panel
