Page Component View - 'Detach from fragment' menu item should be disabled when a fragment is empty

1. Open Features
2. Open PageComponentView and click on 'main' and select insert/Fragment menu item
3. Click on the Fragment on the view and open the context menu:

'Detach from fragment' should be disabled, because option was not selected in the fragment-selector
