Add Selenium tests for publish of a site, when it has invalid child #48

Use Case

  1. add a site with 2 not valid contents
  2. select the site and open ' Publish Wizard'
  3. click on 'Include children' icon (button Publish should be disabled)
  4. remove not valid content from the dependant list Verify that Publish button is getting enabled
