Cannot start XP after snapshot restore deleted repository #10363

During our efforts to restore, restoring an older snapshot failed, and we did not understand why - until reproducing in different enviroment.

Reproduce:

Boot XP and install superhero Run snapshot 1 Delete superhero project (thus repo) Run snapshot 2 Restore snapshot 1 Reboot XP You should now get a 503, caused by blob not found.

Cannot replicate it on XP 7.14 Even by adding a step to delete blob folder com.enonic.cms.sample-blog before snapshot 1 restore.

There is an expected glitch, if I delete com.enonic.app.superhero.comments repository as well - then Superhero cannot load blobs, but XP starts up normally
