Visualise finished report jobs in the Report section

Once a report generation job is finished, user will be able to download a file with CSV report. Finished jobs should be shown in a separate section, under the list of running jobs. The section should not be visible if there are no finished jobs.

Heading: "Download report(s) for:" (must be localised).

Each line should have:

• repo name
• date/time stamp for when the task was finished
• Download button (will download the file and remove the task, https://github.com/enonic/xp/issues/6448)
• Delete button (should remove the task on the server and the line from the section)
