HTMLArea GUI does not appear #6493

Turning on and off header 'Accept-Language: en' changes nothing.

I can reproduce this with 6.15 making a new site only using this https://github.com/ComLock/enonic-xp-app-page-html5 and then inserting a text-component.

This is pretty serious as I am unable to save the text, so TextComponent is useless for me.

@ComLock can you change default language in your browser to English and check if you still get the error?

I am not a Enonic XP core developer, so I don't build from source.
