Replace ascii art output logo #6872

Lets update the current "enonic xp" logo for 7.0. It is the asciiart logo printed in our logs with the attached version (PS! Verify that it looks good in terminals) logo.txt

Is this how it's supposed to be? Looks very messy.

Three different colour combinations from the terminal. My personal opinion is that this is very hard to read. Especially the first letter is so messed up that it looks more like a B or an 8, than an E, and since the first letter is always very important to how a word is read, this is not a good thing. My first impression, is the "word": "BNOING XP".

See if you are able to tune it so it looks better. Fix the first E, and the I, and things should look good?

Perhaps also the last character in the C, now it looks a bit like a G

What are we trying to achieve? Are we aiming at some specific font/style? Here are some suggestions that a bit more readable:
