Document the naming scheme of scoreboardInfo.json and scoreboard*.json files

i.e., scoreboardInfo.json is always there, scoreboard.json is the scoreboard for the current round and will change during the CTF and scoreboardN.json are the scoreboards for each round and will not change once they are created
