adding an emoji introduces a short delay
clicking an emoji dismisses the picker (but the picker should remain opened, as the user may want to pick multiple emojis)

also, the position does not seem to be computed correctly

I fixed the positioning issue in 94facae and added dynamic repositioning on window resize in b40283b.
