Duplicated triples #7

There are duplicated triples between CHEMBLE_METADATA and STRUCTURE_METADATA, e.g. 

enpkg:IKGXIBQEEMLURG-NVPNHPEKSA-N enpkg:has_wd_id wd:Q407857 .

This is a (minor) annoyance because it will require to put DISTINCT in many SPARQL queries (which slow things down quite a bit). Another solution would be that I upload them in the same graph/context.

Should be solved by importing all .ttl files in the same context in GraphDB
