Slug name is getting updated automatically-when prefix is removed #23

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://www.stag-creator.enqurious.com/.
  2. Go to home page and select to edit a scenario in draft mode.
  3. Use 'Delete' key to delete some letters at the beginning of scenario name.
  4. Expected Result: Scenario name is changed but refresh option has to be used to update slug name.
  5. Actual Result: Both scenario name and slug name are changed automatically.
