Other tags are showing up during scenario content creation instead of the tags associated to that scenario

Steps:

1. Login/Launch https://www.stag-creator.enqurious.com/
2. Click to open an existing scenario.
3. Add video/MCQ for content.
4. Click on Tags drop down.
5. Expected Result: The drop down shows only tags associated to that scenario.
6. Actual Result: The drop down shows other tags not associated to that scenario. Screenshots: Scenario details: Content creation tags:

After speaking to Soma, I understood that this is correct behaviour, so closing the issue
