Rename `nofhj` to `nohfj` in OPERA radar metadata #104

In BALTRAD, there are data submitted for radar nohfj, but that code is not listed in the OPERA radar metadata. What is listed, is a radar with code nofhj. Given that the location is Hafjell (letter order h f j) I think that the code nofhj is a typo.

Action: change odimcode for radar 1392 from nofhj to nohfj.

This correction is reverted back to wrong nofhj in the latest OPERA database (which I haven't pushed to the website)
