Setup machines to host the infrastructure #11

Do we really need to build this? And if so, how do we keep it simple?

We don't if we can run all of this on the BALTRAD machines, see also #1. Otherwise, yes.

Which machines

I'll leave this @bartaelterman, but in the most simple version, a single VM suffices. The requirements for disk space, RAM and processing power are still unknown, but we our first estimate is:
