Develop a web application that shows data availability

Do we really need to build this? And if so, how do we keep it simple?

No, we don't, but it will make the data much more accessible, for the ENRAM community and others. The metrics and visualizations in this app can be reused to describe the data in a data paper.

Potential features

• Show coverage of radars as a calendar heatmap (requires #9)
• Show coverage of radars as a map, making it easier to detect flyways (requires #9 + #4 and #8 for positions)
• Allow the user to set requirements: e.g. I'm looking for data between this and this date, with at least these radars (requires #9)
• Allow users to download the data (requires #5 "download" and outside access to those)
• Allow users to get metadata for the radars (requires #4 and #8 )
• Allow users to see the settings used for a certain set of data (requires #7 and #8)

Note: the application doesn't look in the data: as such, it doesn't tell you anything about the data quality (rain, missing hours, etc.), only the coverage.
