The README has been updated and includes a link to the vignette: https://github.com/enram/data-repository/blob/master/README.md#data-access-via-r

For the moment, this link is one to the fork of the bioRad package, rather than to the bioRad package itself. Once we have done a pull request and it is accepted, this link should be updated.
