Serverless setup #33

The current setup is based on a EC2-instance running with a daily cron-job. This seems to work fine, but as the machine is currently not running any other services (application,...), we could (maybe) further improve the setup by implementing a serverless setup, making use of AWS lambda functionalities. This could be checked, as explained here.

The pipeline (including the new iteration with vptstools) is still running been running on EC2. Transformation to AWS Lambda functions might be done as part of a review of the AWS tools at INBO. Closing here.
