Radarcode seosu vs seosd #78

Similar to enram/data-repository#75 and enram/data-repository#77: For our flyway analyses we used the code seosu for the Swedish radar Östersund. Data are uploaded to the ENRAM repository under that name: http://enram.github.io/data-repository/?prefix=se/osu/

I noticed however that OPERA calls this radar seosd (same radar coordinates) and that from 2017 onwards data are uploaded as such: http://enram.github.io/data-repository/?prefix=se/osd/

@CeciliaNilsson709 @leijnse which code is correct? Can we move the data to a directory with the new name seosd?
