Remove empty space radar codes in OPERA listing #82

@leijnse, a number of radars in the OPERA listing have a space as the odimcode, for example:

This has no been resolved

Could there be a check for any values in the OPERA listing (also in other fields) and using blank values instead, e.g.:

Searching on "space and space", does not yield any results, so this issue is resolved @BarVodSur
