Estonia (ee): no longer generating vp files #86

Estonia has pvol files on BALTRAD, but vp files are no longer being created since:

eehar: 2019-01-15
eesur: 2018-08-06

@leijnse @adokter Any idea what the issue might be?

I'm still seeing vp files for these radars being generated at ftp://co-0181.c.ipeer.se, could this be an issue on your end downloading the vp files?

The pipeline uses ftp://odc.baltrad.eu: is that the same server?

No they have different ip

ftp://co-0181.c.ipeer.se runs vol2bird 0.3.20, could this be an obsolete server?

Actually I just logged into odc.baltrad.eu, seems to be identical to the other server. Also running vol2bird 0.3.20

Ok, I see that creation of vp files has restarted on 20190910.
