Expand example data over more than one day #19

The example data currently only includes 4 hours of a single day. To allow better testing (e.g. discovering #17), I think we better expand the example data with a couple more hours, so it spans 2 days.

@CeciliaNilsson709 can you add (or email me) the data for:
