Standardize settings further #30

Just went through the YAML and updated some small things, most importantly: list radars alphabetically within country (was not the case yet for Sweden, Finland, Poland). Countries themselves are still in the original order.

@CeciliaNilsson709 if you agree, you can merge this pull request. 👍

There is only one radar in the YAML for which I haven't received any flyway data: deemd (http://enram.github.io/data-repository/?prefix=de/emd/). That seems logical because the remark is "no data", but for the two other radars with that remark: silas and sipas we do have flyway data: http://enram.github.io/data-repository/?prefix=si/ 🤷‍♂️ So, what is the difference between the two? Maybe we should update the remark for the si data to something regarding quality?

Looks good to me. The data from Slovenia (si) could be labeled as "No birds" instead, as the bird information is (most likely) filtered out of the data we received. Will you change it?

peterdesmet commented 6 years ago

@CeciliaNilsson709 changed to no birds. 👌 I also removed deemb from the settings, because there are a bunch of other radars in the data repository - for which I assume we didn't receive flyway data - that don't get mentioned either:

If you prefer, we could also list all the above as not having any data, but I don't know if it's a complete list of radars per country...

Yeah, this is where things start getting a bit messy as to what is actually "excluded" and when, like we talked about before... But just excluding deemd is fine, as you say it will not be a complete list anyway.
