Remove radars not considered for flyway (DK and HR) #31

The radars for DK and HR are not considered for the flyway (not part of the YAML not in the repository). Even though there's useful metadata about them here, I would remove them for clarity. The metadata is still available at OPERA.

@CeciliaNilsson709 what do you think?
