Add info on venv #74

Based on the discussion in https://github.com/enram/vptstools/issues/73#issuecomment-1945829841, I updated the README to clarify the usage of a virtual environment.

@PietrH I added the recommendation of a virtualenv in the readme instead of the installation in the system-python (cfr. discussion in https://github.com/enram/vptstools/issues/73)

Good addition, I believe literal examples of the commands you expect users to run to end up with a standard installation would be useful. Either in venv or conda.
