[Bug]: Additional notification actions no work on Android 13 #529

What happened?

Additional notification actions no work on Android 13, maybe not even on android 12. On stock android 13, it doesn't wor, In the various android customizations like miui or other I don't know, I haven't tried. I don't see this problem on other music player.
