go2streetview 8.1 is not compatible with windows 8 #45

an error occurs when go2streetview 8.1 is activated on windows 8 and qgis crashes. obviously I am not asking for retrocompatibility, it's just for your information. thank you, enrico stefano

In my case, plugin manager of 3.10.2 doesn't allow adding go2streetview and pop-up the above message.
