QGIS 3.20 using Python 3.9 #61

It looks like 3.9 displaces unescape() from HTMLParser into html module https://hg.python.org/cpython/file/2.7/Lib/HTMLParser.py#l447 https://docs.python.org/3.5/library/html.html

This should fix #59.
