Use more detailed layer for coastline #4

The current layer used for coastline is not detailed anough. It may be good to use a detailed one, e.g. from OpenSeaMap https://www.openseamap.org/

GMT has one, or rather several:

OSM has another: osmcoastline/unstable,now 2.3.1-1+b1 amd64 [installato] estrae dati delle linee di costa da file di pianeta OpenStreetMap
