AWS deployment documentation #196

Document how to deploy to AWS with standard or custom containers.

Ideally a docs/deploy-aws.md should document the process.

@fredliubojin do you have specific views on what stacks would make sense to document? There are a variety of solutions to deploy on AWS, including EKS, LightSail, ECS, barebone EC2, BeanStalk, but probably we don't want to document all of those... I even wonder why one would deploy this on AWS rather than Vercel unless they are already operating on AWS (and I guess they would know which service they want to leverage)
