OoenAI DallE creates images that are not persisted, but the URL is only accessible for 1h. Unless we find other services, we need to host those.

Initial requirements:

[ ] store Generated images (DallE, no need for Prodia or yes?)
[ ] store attachments with a per-message and per-chat reference
[ ] note: references should be set properly for Garbage Collection. Very important.
[ ] Media Browser: Gallery to browse/delete/manage all the assets
